HELP! I have 3 orphan babies! What do I do?

I came home to a deceased pig and 1 baby. She had been pregnant when I got her from the pet store. I now have 3 orphans, I read that I should feed them equal parts water and evaporated milk. How much do I feed them?? Has anyone else been successful at this??

i bred gps and get this fairly offten from gps that people have given 2 me. i suggest that u get a syrunge and mouth feed them but place a bowl of water/ milk in their cage. give them lots of care attention mi=ush their food up so it is easy to chew. mashed banana goes down well. if you would like any more info pls feel free to email me at emilywf269@hotmail.co.uk then i can tell u all you need to know and give you advice on just about anything you want to know.
